Nothing in that disclaimer shall affect hooked-on's
liability to the Customer for death or personal injury
resulting from the negligent acts or omissions of
hooked-on and any of its employees.
8) We request that all clients have adequate travel
insurance for yourselves. Hooked-on assumes a reasonable

safety instructions given by the provider and/or hooked-on.
11) hooked-on will take pictures and video material
throughout the course and reserves the right to use
any such material exclusively in hooked-on advertising
or marketing material without the Customer's permission.
The Customer consents to such use.
12) Force Majeure: We will not pay you compensation
if we have to cancel or change your travel arrangements
in any way because of war, riot, industrial dispute,
terrorist activity, natural or nuclear disaster, fire,
adverse weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances
that may amount to force majeure.
If you disagree with any of the Terms and Conditions
listed above please clearly indicate this to hooked-on
before you book. If we cannot resolve or clarify your
objection then you have free choice not to travel
with us. If you agree to these terms and conditions
then we are happy for you to book with us.
